Social Committee Report

Just as the rain stopped and the sun broke through the clouds, our GLA Easter Bunny was able to greet each youngster entering the campground with a plastic Easter egg filled with a surprise. The children then took part in our Easter Egg Hunt and found approximately 1200 plastic eggs filled with treats. After all of their hard work searching for the Easter eggs, they enjoyed juice and cookies. Heather, our famous face painter, was busy as usual plying her skills according to the wishes of the children. Parents who brought their cameras also had an opportunity to take pictures of their children with the Easter Bunny. The children and their parents enjoyed themselves and many took advantage of taking their children to the park in the campground after our activities.

I would like to thank everyone sho assisted in making the GLA Kids Easter Egg Hunt a huge success.
